Join us every Tuesday at 4:30 PM at Foxglenn Park starting June 2nd for a stroller workout with other local moms and little ones. Bring any stroller or wagon your child can safely ride or leave the kids at home and come for some mom time.

Join us on Wednesday, June 17th at 9:00 AM for a special Pop-Up Stroller Workout and Mommy & Me Swim at the Americana Motor Hotel. We’ll kick things off with a fun stroller workout, then cool off with a swim in the beautiful Americana pool.

Grab your swimsuit, sunscreen, and your little ones for a morning of fitness, fun, and summer memories with your FIT4MOM village. We can’t wait to swim with you.

*All adults must pay to enter the pool and all kids MUST swim with an adult.

Meet us at Continental Park and we will walk around the duck ponds off Walnut Canyon Road. After our walk the kids can play at the park.

Walk Club is a free community walk that brings moms together to connect and move their bodies - one step at a time.
