A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must fill out a cancel form https://forms.gle/DNpJ8o3vEaae3reF7 and email danarowson@fit4mom.com. Without email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of the online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist.
